10 Overnight beauty tips - Clear skin, thicker eyebrows, soft lips, smooth feet, healthy hair


  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel (treat acne and dry skin)
  • 1/4 tsp white or wild turmeric or 1 tbsp rosehip oil (brighten skin)
  • 1/2 cup rosewater (hydrate and smooth skin)

  • Mix and pour into a dropper bottle.

Smooth 2-3 drops on a clean face before going to bed.


EYEBROW SERUM thicker & darker eyebrows

  • 1 tbsp black castor oil ( darken hair and boost hair growth)
  • 1 tsp fenugreek powder (thicker hair growth)
  • Massage a small amount on your eyebrows.

HEALTHY TEETH & GUMS strengthen teeth, gums, and tooth decay

  • Add 1 tsp of sesame oil to lukewarm water.
  • After brushing the teeth, gargle with it or simply massage few drops of sesame oil on your gums before going to bed.

  • 2 tbsp witch hazel or vodka
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops chamomile essential oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Spray it on your pillow and bedsheets before going to bed for a good night’s sleep.
