Honey helps to soothe, moisturize, protect, and heal your skin.
Combine it with other superfoods for healthy, glowing skin.
- 2 tbsp raw or manuka honey
- 1/2 tsp turmeric ( use wild turmeric to avoid staining)
- This combination is great to heal, protect, and clear skin.
- Mix everything well. Apply a thin layer on the clean face for 15 mins and rinse it off.
Follow up with a moisturizer and use a good sunscreen every day to protect your skin

- 2 tbsp yogurt ( use natural greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
Leave the mask on for 20 mins and wipe it off with a warm towel.

- 4 tbsp jojoba oil ( or any other non-comedogenic oils)
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
Apply 2-3 drops and massage it in for 5 mins. Leave it on for 30 mins or overnight.
