Best ways to use honey for clear, healthy and glowing skin

Combine it with other superfoods for healthy, glowing skin.

  • 2 tbsp raw or manuka honey
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric ( use wild turmeric to avoid staining)
  • This combination is great to heal, protect, and clear skin.
  • Mix everything well. Apply a thin layer on the clean face for 15 mins and rinse it off.

Follow up with a moisturizer and use a good sunscreen every day to protect your skin
